You have the right to request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. This applies whether you're:
A visitor who used a form, chatbot, or quote estimator on one of our hosted sites
A scouted lead (a business we've drafted a demo for but haven't onboarded)
A paying customer
A Messenger contact who messaged our Facebook Page @weblodsai
Three ways to request deletion
📨 Email (recommended)
Email privacy@lods.ai with the subject line "Delete my data".
Include one of:
Your business name + the city it's in (for customers + scouted leads)
The phone number you submitted (for form-only contacts)
Your Facebook profile link OR the words "my Messenger PSID" (for chatbot-only contacts — we'll match against the email's sender or you can tell us when you DMed)
💬 Messenger
Send "DELETE" as a message to our Facebook Page: m.me/weblodsai.
Our bot routes this directly to the operator, who will confirm deletion within 7 business days.
📞 SMS / phone
Text or call the contact number on any Web by Lods.AI site, with the message: "Delete my data — biz name [your biz]" and we'll process it.
What gets deleted
Depending on what we hold about you, deletion removes:
Customer records — your business info, contact details, billing history, photos you submitted, FAQs, hours, services. Your hosted site is taken down within 7 days of confirmation.
Lead records — your scraped business info (name, address, phone, public photos), our internal notes, the demo we drafted for you (URL becomes 404 within 24 hours).
Form submissions — any chatbot conversation history, booking requests, quote requests, audit submissions you made.
Messenger conversations — the inbound message log, your cached profile name + photo URL, any PSID-to-lead linking.
Reply detector logs — your phone number is purged from any outreach do-not-contact list (you'll need to re-opt-in if you ever want to receive outreach again).
What we may keep (and why)
For accounting + compliance reasons, we retain:
Billing records for paying customers — for 7 years after deletion (BIR / Philippine tax requirement). These are stored in encrypted form with no personal contact info beyond what's legally required.
Aggregate anonymized analytics — counts like "X visitors used chatbot in May 2026" with no individual identifiers, so deletion of your record doesn't affect overall stats.
Timeline: we respond within 7 business days to confirm we received your request. Complete deletion within 30 days at the latest — typically same-day for straightforward Messenger or visitor-form requests, up to 7 days for customer accounts (we need to coordinate site takedown).
If your data was shared with us by a third party
Some of our scouted leads come from public Google Business Profile and Facebook Page listings. Deleting your record from us does not remove your business from those platforms — you'd contact Google or Facebook separately for that. We're just removing what we hold.
