How to request data deletion
You have the right to request deletion of the personal information we hold about you. This applies whether you are a website visitor who used a form or chatbot, a business we drafted a free preview for, a paying customer, or someone who messaged a page we operate. Here is exactly how to ask — and what happens next.
- 1
Email us (recommended)
Email [email protected] with the subject line "Delete my data." Include your business name and city, the phone number you submitted, or the profile you used to message us, so we can find and verify your records.
- 2
Send DELETE in chat
If you contacted us through a chatbot or messaging assistant we operate, just send the word DELETE in that same conversation. It routes to our team, who will confirm deletion within the timeline below.
- 3
Call us
Prefer to talk to a person? Call (310) 866-6496 and tell us your business name and city. We will confirm your identity and process the request.
- 4
We confirm and delete
We acknowledge your request quickly and complete deletion within 45 days at the latest — usually much sooner for visitor-form or chatbot requests. We remove your business information, contact details, submitted photos and content, form submissions, and message history.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA (CCPA/CPRA) and other US state privacy laws, you have the right to request deletion of your personal information, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising it. We honor deletion requests for all US residents regardless of the standard one-year retention window — with one exception: we keep the minimum billing and tax records US law requires us to retain, stored securely and deleted when the required period ends. Deleting your record with us does not remove your business from Google or Facebook; you would contact those platforms separately for that.
To request deletion, email [email protected] or call (310) 866-6496.
