Terms of Service

• Free website preview. We may build a personalized preview of a website for any business with a public Google Business Profile or Facebook Page, using publicly available information (photos, hours, services, reviews). There is no cost and no obligation to buy.
• Paid websites and tools. Once you confirm onboarding and start a plan, we build your site, host it, and keep the tools in your plan running (chatbot, review requests, reminders, dashboard, and more depending on tier).
• AI assistant. Our chatbot answers questions on your website and messaging. Replies are AI-generated and best-effort. For binding quotes or confirmations, a human should confirm.

All prices are in US dollars. We offer two ways to pay for each plan:

• Basic — either $220 setup + $20/month, or the free-to-start path of $0 down and $38/month for the first year, then $20/month.
• Business Pro — either $600 setup + $40/month, or the free-to-start path of $0 down and $90/month for the first year, then $40/month.

On the free-to-start path, the build cost is spread across your first 12 monthly payments, so your site goes live before you have paid for it in full. Monthly plans are billed in advance. Hosting, SSL, updates, the chatbot, and support are all included in your monthly — there is no separate hosting bill. Accepted payment methods: card, PayPal, Zelle, and ACH / bank transfer. Prices for optional add-ons (such as a custom .com domain, billed at passthrough cost) are shown at the time you add them.

The free preview is exactly that — a working demo of your actual site, built before you pay anything, with no card required and no obligation. You decide whether to go live only after you have seen the finished result. We use only publicly available business information to build a preview, and we will take it down on request.

• Your content is yours. Photos, text, and business information you provide remain your property. You grant us a license to use them to build, host, and operate your website while your plan is active.
• You own the site once it is fully paid. Once your build is paid in full, the website and your domain are yours to keep. We register the domain in your name and hand over access on request.
• Content export. You can request a copy of your photos, text, and customer-facing content at any time by emailing [email protected].

There is no lock-in. You can cancel any time after your first 12 months and stop paying — you are month-to-month from then on. When you cancel, the live site and automations pause because hosting and tools are included in the monthly; you keep your content and can resume any time, with no penalty.

On the free-to-start path, canceling inside the first 12 months makes the remaining balance of the amortized setup due — you are simply paying off the rest of a build you already received. We retain your data for one year after cancellation, then delete it.

All payments are non-refundable. Your protection is built in a different way: you get a free preview of your actual site before you pay anything, and there is no lock-in — so you make the decision with the finished result in front of you, not on a promise. Because you review the real site before going live, we do not offer refunds after you start a plan.

You agree to provide accurate business information, and that you own or have the rights to any photos, text, or content you submit. You may not use the Service to: (a) promote illegal goods or services; (b) impersonate another business; (c) send spam or unlawful messages through the forms and messaging we host for you; or (d) copy or scrape content from other customers' sites. You are responsible for content you or your visitors post on your hosted site, including moderation.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including uptime, accuracy of AI-generated content, or fitness for a particular purpose. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost business, leads, or revenue caused by outages, third-party platform changes (such as Google or Meta), decisions made based on AI-generated replies, or other factors outside our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California, in the United States.

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page and, for current customers, emailed before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the new terms.
