ℹ️ This FAQ is guidance from learned knowledge. Business rules and technology change, and AI can make mistakes — we do our best to keep it accurate.

Do I pay upfront or monthly?

Both are options with Web by Lods.AI — you choose. Pay-upfront: ₱8,500 setup + ₱1,000/month from month one (cheaper long-term, you own it sooner). Free-to-start: ₱0 upfront and ₱1,699/month for year one, then ₱1,000/month. Same website and support either way — it's just a cash-flow choice.

Can I get a website for ₱0 upfront?

Yes — Web by Lods.AI's free-to-start promo is ₱0 upfront: no setup fee, just ₱1,699/month for year one, then ₱1,000/month from year two. The setup is amortized into that year-one monthly, and you can cancel anytime — no contract.

What's the difference between paying ₱8,500 upfront vs monthly?

The first-year total is nearly the same (~₱20,500 upfront vs ~₱20,388 on the promo) — the difference is cash flow and the long run. Pay-upfront (₱8,500 + ₱1,000/mo) is cheaper from year two onward because your setup is already paid; free-to-start (₱0 + ₱1,699/mo year one) removes the upfront barrier and breaks even around month 12.

Can I pay in installments / hulugan?

Yes — the free-to-start promo is effectively hulugan: you pay ₱0 upfront and the ₱8,500 setup is spread into your monthly (₱1,699/month for year one), then it drops to ₱1,000/month once the setup is covered. No lump sum required, cancel anytime.

Do you do "first year free"?

Not a literal 12-months-free, but Web by Lods.AI does have a free-to-start promo: ₱0 upfront with the ₱8,500 setup amortized into a blended ₱1,699/month for year one, which then drops to ₱1,000/month. So you launch with nothing down and pay as you go — honestly, that's a spread-out setup, not a hidden lump sum.

What does the monthly fee actually pay for?

Your ₱1,000/month with Web by Lods.AI covers hosting, HTTPS/SSL, the Telegram update bot (text us to change prices or hours), the automatic Google-review SMS funnel, no-show reminder SMS, and your live performance dashboard. On Business Pro (₱1,800/month) it also includes the always-on chatbot, weekly auto-blog, and auto-review responder.

Is the monthly fee forever? Can I cancel?

The monthly runs for as long as you want your site live, and you can cancel anytime — Web by Lods.AI has no lock-in and no cancellation penalty. As long as you're subscribed, hosting, updates, and the review funnel keep running.

What happens if I stop paying monthly?

Because hosting and the tools live in the monthly, your live site and its automations (review funnel, reminders, dashboard) pause if the monthly stops — but you keep your content and can resume anytime, with no penalty. Web by Lods.AI has no lock-in. After cancellation we retain your data for one year, then delete it; if you need your content pulled from the archive within that year, there's a ₱500 processing fee. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.

Can I pay via GCash / Maya / bank transfer?

Yes — Web by Lods.AI accepts GCash, Maya, and bank transfer for both setup and monthly payments. Card payments (via PayMongo) are coming in a later phase; for now, GCash is the fastest way to get started.

Do you accept credit cards?

Not yet — credit-card payments through PayMongo are planned for a later phase. Right now, Web by Lods.AI accepts GCash, Maya, and bank transfer, which cover both the setup and the monthly fee.

Is the setup fee refundable?

Payments to Web by Lods.AI are non-refundable — there's no refund or money-back on the setup. That's exactly why you see a free demo of your actual site before you pay a peso: you decide with the finished look in front of you, no blind deposit. There's also no contract, and if the upfront setup isn't for you, the ₱0-to-start promo lets you begin without paying it at all.

Is there a contract or lock-in period?

No — Web by Lods.AI has no contract and no lock-in period. Both payment paths are cancel-anytime, so you stay because the site works for you, not because you're tied down.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee if I'm not happy?

Web by Lods.AI doesn't do money-back or refunds — instead the protection is built in before you ever pay: you approve a free demo of your actual site first, and there's no contract or lock-in, so you're never stuck. You only commit once you've seen the finished result and you're happy with it.

Will the monthly price go up later?

If anything, it goes down: on the ₱0-to-start promo your ₱1,699/month drops to the ₱1,000/month base after year one. The base monthly with Web by Lods.AI is ₱1,000 (Basic) / ₱1,800 (Business Pro), and no increase is scheduled — extra cost only happens if you add an optional service like a custom domain or SEO.

Do you offer a discount if I pay for the whole year?

The pay-upfront path is already the cheaper long-term choice — paying the ₱8,500 setup now means your ongoing cost stays at just ₱1,000/month while the promo path pays ₱1,699/month in year one. Web by Lods.AI also runs a group-launch deal: three businesses in one plaza each get ₱2,000 off setup.

What's the cheapest way to get started with you?

The lowest-cost entry with Web by Lods.AI is the ₱0-to-start promo on Basic: nothing upfront, just ₱1,699/month for year one (then ₱1,000/month). And you can preview your actual site for free before you pay anything — so getting started can truly cost ₱0 today.
